Your loved ones deserved to be treated properly with dignity and respect. Unfortunately this doesn't always happen. Action needs to be taken swiftly and decisively to hold Nursing  Homes accountable for the mistreatment and blatant disregard for people entrusted to their care.

We have litigated and resolved cases involving , car manufacturers, drug companies, boom and lift manufacturers, tire changing machines, printing presses, plastic extruders, balers, quick connect couplings, electronic control weapons, lawn mowers,  snow blowers, garden tractors , scaffolding, faulty welds, and medical devices, just to name a few. These types of cases need early action to preserve evidence  the product before it goes back into the hands of the manufacturer or is altered to go back for instance into the workplace. This area of law also needs someone who has the expertise to sift through hundreds if not thousands upon thousands of documents  to get to the facts.

If ever there was an area of law designed to thwart , frustrate and just plain down wear down anyone injured in a motor vehicle accident it is this and the Accident Benefits process. The paperwork alone is overwhelming . When I first started practising in this area 30 years ago the application  for accident benefits was 4 pages it is now over 30 pages. Don't fill it out without legal help- its sad to say but usually your first battle is not with the driver that caused the accident but with your own insurance company
