Diane Parsons B.A hons. LL.B
Diane Parsons was called to the Bar in 1989 after graduating from Osgoode Hall Law School. In 1995 Diane and Louie Reznick started practising together as Reznick , Parsons . Louie some years later retired from the practice and began a new career as a mediator and Small Claims Court Judge . As of August 1, 2020 the firm of Reznick Parsons officially ceased, but the fond memories and experiences remain as well as our dedication to providing the best care and legal services to injured victims and their families.
Diane has acted for victims in many forums including all levels of courts, mediations, WSIAT hearings, Coroners Inquests, and administrative tribunals .
A proud member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, American Trial Lawyers Association ( Now AAJ) , AAJ Crane and Lift Section, and Nursing Home Litigation Section. She has spoken at and chaired various Continuing Legal Education Programs .
